The pool menu will be available from midday until 15.30 pm to offer you a variety of options from wood fired pizzas, to fresh salads with organic vegetables from local producers and fresh fish.

Book and enjoy The Aperitivo, Inspired in the italian aperitif, experience the “Dolce far Niente” in LUZ with your friends and family.

Our chefs will delight you with a sharing menu inspired in the woods and the ocean; daily options based in seasonal fresh products. A concept meant for sharing and tasting.

The gin bar offers unique signature cocktails based on our premium and local Gin Libertad and a wide selection of international gins.

The bar will be open from the beginning of November, from 7.30 pm until early in the night offering to our clients a great setting for the sunset at the pool with its amazing views or around our fountain in the gallery.

For the second year in a row, the most disruptive gastronomic proposal arrives at Jose Ignacio. UNA, the ephemeral single-table restaurant located in the City of London (St Pancras clock tower).

Directed and curated by Argentinian Chef Martin Milesi. A gastronomic experience like no other at the UNA table, surrounded by the pine forest under the moonlight.
